Confused about the atomic 4 exhaust setup. currently my exhaust runs directly out of the exhaust manifold into a vetus waterlock and out the transom. Unfortunately, all of this takes place below the waterline. So saltwater backs up into the engine through the waterlock and floods my engine, causing emulsification in the oil. This only happens after a good sail. What is the normal exhaust setup for and atomic 4? Could it be that the waterlock has failed? I have never had any experience with a waterlock? any help would be appreciated, as this has put a damper on my sailing?
