I have to concur with Richard's points. Regarding the use of the handcrank, the reason I didn't mention it (I should have) was that most people don't have handcranks available.

If you don't have a handcrank, and would like to purchase one, contact Moyer Marine at www.moyermarine.com, go to on-line catalog, then to miscellaneous parts, 2nd page at the top. The handcrank costs about $56.00.
