place a 4x4 across your hatch, from that drop a rope down to another 4x4. use this timber as a lever and attach it to the lifting ring if you have one, or coble something up using the head bolts.Position the rope so that not only can you lift the engine up but once it is clear of the mounts it can be pulled back into the cabin. you can then shift the rope a bit and contine the shifting until you have it where you want it.
