Dear Bruce: You had spark before so its just a lose connection or a wire you've moved or loosen during tune up. If you can locate a JC Whitney Catalog, they have a web sight. Look in the marine section they have a electronic change over kit for about $70 dollars that fits entirely inside your dist. useing the same screw holes as your point set, you use the same rotor and cap but eliminate points and condensor and boost spark to 80k range, prolongs plug life, instant cold starts and warm ups, I've been useing one for years no problems, lots better than orginal.
