Well....being a first time boat owner...it never occured to me when I bought a Pearson 30 powered by an A-4 that I should check to see if I could get to all the various engine parts. Last time out the engine died. Diagnosed no spark at plugs so obviously need to look in distributor. Guess what...my 250lb frame won't fit in starboard locker so I literally can't get to the distributor. Now I'm screwed. No mechanic where I am. I am thinking about removing the entire galley assembly. That seems to be the only way to get to distributor. Any ideas?
