I have a 1981 catalina 30. Does this boat have an interlock that prevent the engine from starting with it in gear? The engine was shut off at high RPM while in gear and now we can't even get the solenoid to cycle. The batteries are good. We tried cycling the transmission lever, it feels like it is in neutral.
