When operating in forward gear at low speeds, I get this clunking sound that appears to be coming from the rear of the engine. When put in nutral, it dissapears. At higher speeds, it becomes unoticable. At first it sonded like something was hitting a wire as it rotated but that proved to not be the case. The raping sound is loudest in the shaft log area. Any thoughts? please help.
