I have a 1972 A4 with an oberdorfer type pump. Today when I went below the pump was just hanging by its hoses! It appears that there is a machined surface that was glued or epoxied to the surface. The shaft with its slot is sticking out and you can see that where the slot on the shaft matches up inside but it does not look like any bolts have broken. It is just glued??? Does anyone have info on this? Thanks
