Well the running on 2 cylinders was the direct result of 2 things. One the motor sat for 3 years and all the gaskets were original. The Head gasket was bad. Also I was getting large amounts of fuel in the oil. That was due to the original fuel pump dumping gas right into the crank. All the spark plugs fired out fo the hole but they were flooding out due to the water in the head but not mixing with the oil. I took it down completely and now in the proccess of rebuilding.
Cross my fingers this does the trick.
