Recently acquired 1969 vintage Columbia with Atomic 4 that prior owner had not solved hard starting problem. Engine will start only with a shot of starting fluid. Then runs fine except will only idle with choke partially closed. Have installed new plugs, wires, distributor cap, coil, points and condensor, and rebuilt carb. Still same problem. Engine has good compression on all cylinders, good spark and is getting fuel (plugs are wet when removed after cranking without starting). Any suggestions?
