I have a freshwater cooled Atomic 4. The shaft on the power take-off is out of shape so that the pulley that propels the external sea-water pump wobbles, etc. and becomes ineffective resulting in overheating. I'm thinking of installing an electric washdown pump as a replacement for the mechanical pump. Anything wrong with this concept?
