Well,
I managed to get the head off woth little problem and even got all the studs out, with a little work.
My nice rack that I made to hold the studs in the order which they were removed also worked great, right until I knocked it over in to the bilge!
I have all the studs but now I need to know where the two lifting eye studs go.
