Hi,

I have a '74 C27 with A4, and it had a starting problem. After many checks, I removed the metal reservoir
just prior to the carb, and found it contained a white power that was clogging the carb making it stall. I
cleaned it out and it ran perfectly for a day and became clogged again. I cleaned the reservoir again, but
this time I installed a Racor water/gas filter in the gas line between the carb and tank. Have not had a problem
in over 2 years.
