I just bought the boat a few weeks ago. I am aware that engine had seized just prior to my purchase. The engine is a pre '67 A4. My mechanic advised me that it may be worth $800 or so. He removed it yesterday and was going to be taking it to his shop to hold. I have not asked him for any diagnostics.
