Crank, rods and flywheel balanced
All new stainless steel hardware
Old style bronze housing thermostat
Transmission rebuilt and assembled by Don Moyer
Includes water muffler
All receipts & complete set of Moyer's A4 engine tips

This engine has never seen salt water
