Yes, unkink the tube, but chances are it will break or is already damaged. It is cheap and easy to replace.

Mine also has a mix of oil and bubbles in the line when the engine is off. I've tried bleeding the line while the engine was running by cracking the compression nut on the gauge, but it still returns with bubbles when shut down. The gauge reads just fine, tho'.
