Check the spark plugs-dry plugs no gas-wet plugs no spark-crank the engine first so it will give you a good read on the plugs-while the plugs are out move the wires away from the plug holes then put yuor finger over the hole and crank the engine it should blow you finger back a little if it does you have compression. if there is no compression it would likely be a stuck valve or 2 from sitting for a couple of mths-squirt some marvels mysrety oil in the cylnders and let it sitt overnite then try again.
