Dear Phil: I finally got mine fixed, pumped out tank over and over till I started getting clean fuel back out, found two pieces of silicone sealer in tank just big emough to really block the line good. Probably from somebodies fuel pumps where they'd been replacing hose or nozzles. Air operated fluid extractor, no electric motors, just compressed air. I have a new funnel with a strainer for refuels now.
