A man wants to buy the engine with the reduction gear and use it without. It seems to me that this reversing gear shaft is to short and would necessate him taking the reversing gear out of his engine and changing the reversing cover and the oil pan. Maybe the bearing also. I don't know any of this for sure. But I don't want to sell the engine to him if it will not work or if it will bee to much of a hassel for him.
