Look at the carb. see if there is water in the carb. you may have water in the gas tank that is just below the pickup at the dock. once the engine dries out it starts fine, sailing around mixes the water into the gas and gas pickup and on restart, the engine won't start (personal experience). The solution was to drain the gas tank and refill with fresh gas.
