I got curious and keept looking on the web:

A source for the manual: www.marineengine.com/manuals/kermath/ (Check their message board too. There is at least one thread on the Sea Pup/Atomic 1)

A rebuilder:
www.kermath.com/

A history of Kermath: www.mahoganybay.net/Restoration%20Services/Engines/Kermath%20for%20Web/kermath_a_legend_in_engines1.htm (this site also lists a source for parts, but not specifically for Kermath)

It appears that Universal bought the rights to the Sea Pup when Kermath went out of business in the 1950's. Good luck. Most of the information I found refers to the larger Kermath engines that were popular on Runabouts like Hacker and Chris-Craft.
