Yousaf,
Before you fog the engine, make sure that you complete all other winterization items. i.e., flush cooling system with fresh water and then fill it with antifreeze, change oil, add fuel stabilizer to fuel tank and then make sure it full, etc....
When all items are completed, remove the spark arrestor from the carburetor, and with the engine idling, spray the fogging oil into the carburetor thru the arrestor housing until the engine stalls.
I would then remove the spark plugs from each of the cylinders and add a couple of squirts of Marvel Mystery Oil...don't forget to reinstall the spark plugs.
If you are not planning on removing rust from the engine and painting it, I would lightly spray the engine with WD-40 or the like, and then pat and kiss the engine good bye for the winter.
