You appear to have a late model engine and I am afraid that my experience is with an early model. Some comments however - Most of the things you have tried would tend to reduce the temperature, not raise it. If you are using a 140 degree thermostat for raw water cooling you might try a 180 degree one. The early model engines with external thermostat housing bypass hot water to the pump inlet. Mine has a valve in this line so that I can adjust the flow and fine tune the temperature. If all else fails you could try to bypass some water from the engine outlet to the pump inlet with a similar valve to adjust it. First though I would make sure that your temperature sender is properly matched with the gauge and getting fully into the water flow. Checking it with a thermometer somehow would be a good idea.
