Sleeving is about "$100/hole" per my MachShop.
Was your block fresh water cooled? How much 'wall' might be left in the rest of it?
Like all A4 rebuild/owners, I'm weighing the rebuild Vs new diesel. So I need to get the block for about $250net.
1/8 inches (or more) of block at the exhaust manifold studs should indicate an OK thickness.
Any idea what shipping might be?
