Have you checked the fuel pump? I note that is one of the few things you didn't replace. It could be that you are getting some fuel vaporization and getting some sort of vapor lock when you stop the engine and it won't pump again until it cools down. Try disconnecting the fuel line between the pump and the carb and see if it is pumping when you have the hot/no start conditon.
