I have an Atomic 4 in an Islander 36. It starts fine and runs well in neutral at all reasonable RPM's. Under load however, it slows after 2-3 minutes and won't run over 11-1200.
I have changed the plugs, points, condenser, fuel lines and three fuel filters. I have cleaned the carburator (three times) and the problem persists.
Any ideas? Please help.
