My A4 seems to run strongest when (in my uninformed opinion) the choke is still mostly closed..... just open enough to stick a small screwdriver down the throat, so say 3/16"?????

Is this normal, or do I have a fuel delivery problem that's requiring the choked intake to get the engine to suck enough fuel?

worth mentioning.... I rebuilt the carb with the Moyer kit.
