PO had engine recently rebuilt by Don Moyer and reinstalled it himself. Tach was working prior to removal. PO attempted to get it working but was unsuccessful. Tach line appears to be properly connected to coil. Engine running good but has a little tappet noise? Anyone have any ideas about what to check or do? Thanks RMH
