Hi David,you seem to have the same problem as I do. Also my boat was well maintained, but not in the water for three years. Mine also stalls just like you describe it.I did a lot of things without having the problem resolved. Changed distributor capCleaned carbChecked fuel vent line and openingChecked for water/dirt in fuelChecked fuel filterChecked fuel pumpHave to find out whether this is a fuel or ignition problem. Will do it next summer. Will first check fuel lines for possible vapor lock condition.Chris
