Hello, its relatively easy, I don't have any manual or so, but did it on my boat. If you are in California, or nearby, and wants to get rid of engine (mine died too, and cannot afford to buy new one...I want to rebuild mine, but need old A-4...we can pull it out for you, and even get you some money for your old engine).
